Usually, when mysterious or even mythical animals are allegedly spotted in the wild, the accompanying photos or videos are grainy or poorly lit. They portray a blurry figure and you have to rely on imagination to fill in the blanks. The recent video taken by Stetson Parker as he rode with his wife Shannon on a popular train through Colorado, however, may turn any skeptic about Bigfoot into a believer.

Newsweek writes that the couple was riding the Narrow Gauge train from Durango, Colorado, to Silverton, Colorado, when they said they spotted a biped, hairy creature moving through the mountains. A nearby passenger quickly began recording as Shannon Parker snapped some photos with her phone.
The video shows the creature lumbering through the hillside before squatting down in a seated position.
“It’s an elusive creature,” one person can be heard saying in the background. The video has been viewed more than 500,000 times on X, formerly Twitter.
Shannon Parker also posted her experience on Facebook and said they saw the creature on October 8 while the train took them to Durango.
Parker asked her husband to look for elk in the mountains, but he saw something else that caught his attention.
Shannon took to Facebook, uploading her family’s videos and pictures of the elusive creature. She said, “Y’all, out of the hundreds of people on the train, three or four of us actually saw, as Stetson says in the video, the ever elusive creature Bigfoot! I don’t know about y’all but We Believe!!”
Bigfoot, sometimes called Sasquatch, is a mysterious and elusive creature that has captured the imagination of people around the world for decades. Described as a large, ape-like being covered in hair and standing around 7 to 10 feet tall, Bigfoot is said to roam remote forests and wilderness areas. Although there is no definitive scientific evidence to prove the existence of Bigfoot, numerous eyewitness accounts, blurry photographs, and alleged footprints have fueled the legend and spurred countless investigations.
The legend of Bigfoot has deep roots in the folklore of indigenous peoples in North America, particularly among Native American tribes in the Pacific Northwest. Many of these tribes have their own stories and names for this enigmatic creature. While some believe Bigfoot to be a flesh-and-blood animal that has managed to avoid human detection, others see it as a supernatural or spiritual being with a profound connection to the natural world.
Bigfoot enthusiasts and researchers have long searched for clues or conducted expeditions in the hope of solving the mystery. Is Stetston’s video enough to make you a believer, too?
Whether one views Bigfoot as a cryptid, a symbol of wilderness, or a creature of myth, the legend of this elusive giant continues to intrigue and captivate the curious minds of both believers and skeptics alike.
